This pioneering coaching research framework is specifically designed to support, elevate, and empower Black women entrepreneurs operating within the South African business landscape. Rooted in rigorous academic inquiry and contextualized within the region's unique socio-economic dynamics, the framework addresses the specific cognitive, behavioural, and systemic challenges these business owners face.
Delegates will evaluate how moving beyond A Western-centric business models, coaching research approach can integrates culturally relevant strategies and indigenous wisdom to foster sustainable business growth, holistic resilience, and executive leadership excellence among South African Black women in enterprise.
