Since officially launching her coaching career in 2016, Jennifer currently sports over 400 hours of coaching and training, and more than 150,000 words in authored articles, essays, resources and books.

She specializes in workforce readiness, employee productivity and business strategy, helping professionals and businesses navigate industry shifts and technological advancements. She integrates evidence-based coaching methodologies to close the gap between academic research and practical industry applications, ensuring professional entities can thrive in competitive markets.

Jennifer's Masters research focused on the effectiveness of life coaching on employee productivity within Lagos State's creative industry reflecting her deep commitment to fostering human capital development, particularly equipping the emerging African generation to excel on a global scale.

Passionate about reskilling Africans for the 4IR, Jennifer's research interests lie in group coaching and measuring the gains of coaching in indigenous languages.
