As digital coaching becomes increasingly popular across Africa, a critical question emerges: how effective is coaching when delivered through languages and frameworks that do not reflect the lived realities of the people being coached?
Delegates will evaluate how coaching research evidence demonstrates that when we integrate the lived linguistic realities of the people, we don’t just “improve” coaching, we restore its soul.
The session will empower delegates question whether a digital interface can ever truly hold “African Wisdom” without first speaking the language of its people.
