Sibongile Muwamba-Chimimba (Coach Bongi), PCC is a Certified Organizational Development Coach, Certified Change Management Coach, NLP Practitioner, speaker, and ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC). She is the Founder of Jacob’s Ladder Ltd and the creator of the Umunthu Leadership Framework, a relational leadership paradigm grounded in Indigenous African philosophy.

Since founding her practice, she has partnered with leaders and organizations across Africa and internationally, facilitating transformative growth in leadership capacity, systems alignment, and cultural change. Her work focuses on values-based leadership, relational accountability, and ethical decision-making in complex and resource-constrained environments.

Through the Umunthu Leadership Framework and proprietary tools such as CALMM™ and ALIGN360™, she integrates Indigenous African wisdom with evidence-based coaching methodologies.
