Thato Belang is a South African leadership coach, organisational development practitioner, and researcher with over two decades of experience working alongside leaders and organisations across sectors.

Her work sits at the intersection of leadership development, identity, and human growth, with a particular focus on how coaching can support deeper reflection and authentic leadership in complex organisational environments.

Thato’s research explores the role of executive coaching in supporting the development of authenticity among female leaders, bringing empirically grounded insights from a Global South context into coaching conversations. As the founder of Transforma People Solutions, she partners with organisations to design and facilitate leadership and organisational development initiatives, executive coaching engagements, and reflective learning processes.
