William Murithi, PhD, is a Senior Faculty member and Consultant at Strathmore Business School with over 15 years of global experience spanning higher education, enterprise development, and management consulting across the United Kingdom, China, Ghana, and Kenya. His academic and coaching research interests lie at the intersection of entrepreneurship, innovation, strategy, and circular-economy business models, with a strong focus on family businesses and the influence of culture and institutional environments.

A dynamic leader in enterprise ecosystems, Dr Murithi currently heads the Strathmore University Nonprofits, Social Enterprises, and Philanthropy (SUNSEP) Hub and is a core member of both CROWF and the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Hub. He bridges the gap between theory and practice as a co-founder and strategy lead at JHUB Africa, a digital innovation hub, and as an applied business coach at iBiz Africa. Prominent funders, including USAID, UKRI, the British Council, MasterCard, and the Small Business Charter, have supported his high-impact initiatives.

Beyond academia, Dr Murithi is a highly sought-after management consultant and capacity-builder.
