Dr. Mvusy Songelwa is a powerhouse Executive Coach, former CEO, and the Founder of the Lipstick Chronicles Movement. Certified by the Africa Board for Coaching Research, Consulting and Coaching Psychology, her work bridges the gap between rigorous coaching research and the lived realities of high-level corporate leadership.

As an accredited IEQ9 Integrative Enneagram practitioner, Dr. Songelwa anchors her practice in deep, evidence-based team dynamics and psychological insight. She specializes in guiding Black women executives through the critical first 6–12 months of new high-stakes appointments.

Her flagship program, Lead Like a Cattleherder™, utilizes the proprietary H.E.R.D. L.E.A.D.E.R.™ framework—a culturally rooted, 12-step transformational methodology that blends top-tier executive strategy with vital personal grounding.

Dr. Songelwa does not just coach on leadership; she has lived it at the highest levels. Her extensive executive background includes serving as CEO of Jurni South Africa, Chief Operating Officer for the Eastern Cape Parks & Tourism Agency, and Managing Executive of Operations for SANParks.
