In the highest echelons of corporate leadership, Black C-Suite executives frequently find themselves navigating racially homogenous organizations where they are the distinct minority.
Drawing on contemporary coaching research, this presentation will unpack the unique psychological, systemic, and leadership challenges faced by Black executives at the apex of their organizations.
Delegates will explore evidence-based strategies to better support Black leaders through targeted, culturally responsive coaching frameworks. We will discuss how current coaching research highlights the absolute necessity of moving beyond generic leadership models when addressing the nuanced realities of executives of color.
