Dr. André M. Harper is an international executive coach and consultant with more than two decades of experience across K–12, graduate education, and executive leadership.

He previously served as Assistant Teaching Professor in the Leadership Program at Tufts University. He holds two doctorates, one from Columbia University and another from the former Argosy University. In 2024, he served as a Fulbright Specialist at BIUST in Botswana, leading the country’s first comprehensive DEIA study. 

A published author and co-editor for the 2025 Equity in Education & Society Conference. He has coached senior leaders in programs and organizations such as Stanford Medicine’s Physician Leadership Certificate Program, UNICEF, and Genentech in conjunction with Columbia Business School. His research examines executive leadership and DEI from a global perspective,
